Shipping policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Most items are printed on demand and after the order is placed. Each item will take additional time to be created before being shipped out to you the customer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. 

Shipping rates vary based on the weight of your purchase(s)

Delivery delays can occur

All items are printed and shipped from the United States and delivery times will vary based on your address. Average delivery time is between 5-14 days. 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES:

Florabinda is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

DAMAGES:

Florabinda is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous U.S.
